Roadtrain provides a first-class in-house customs service. Over the years we have invested heavily in staff training and customs software to ensure that we can offer a complete and professional customs service to all our customers.

Our customs software is linked directly to the Irish Revenue Commissioners and to the HMRC in the UK. This enables us to submit Import and Export declarations as efficiently as possible.

By authorising Roadtrain as your customs broker, you will reduce the risk of any delays whilst ensuring that your goods are transported as seamlessly as possible.

To appoint Roadtrain as your customs broker, please:

Complete our direct representation form (click for Irish or UK)
Supply us with a copy of the commercial invoice (with value, incoterms, origin, gross weight, nett weight, and commodity codes). Should the product/commodity code qualify for preferential status, please ensure that this is noted on the commercial invoice.
On receipt of the above information, Roadtrain’s dedicated customs team will take care of the rest from collection to delivery
